Construction Details
- Conductor: Stranded copper conductor
- Insulation: PE/XLPE/PVC
- Armoring: Galvanized steel wire or others
- Sheath: PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
- Pairing: Two insulated cores uniformly twisted together to form a pair with maximum lay length of 100mm
- Overall Screening: Accumulated pairs screened with aluminum/mytar tape, helically applied with metallic side down in electrical contact with tinned annealed copper drain wire 0.5mm²
- Individual Screening: Each pair screened with aluminum/mytar tape, helically applied with metallic side down in electrical contact with tinned annealed copper drain wire 0.5mm²
- Cabling: Twisted pairs laid up together, filled with non-hygroscopic material compatible with insulation when necessary
