Quality is built in, not just inspected. Our production line features real-time monitoring:
- Online Laser Diameter Control: Continuous monitoring of insulation and sheath thickness to ensure perfect concentricity.
- Spark Testing: 100% online high-voltage spark testing during extrusion to detect any microscopic pinholes or defects in the insulation.
Before leaving our facility, every batch undergoes mandatory Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT):
- Conductor Resistance Test: Ensures high-purity copper/aluminum is used and checks for optimal conductivity to prevent overheating.
- Insulation Resistance Test: Verifies the integrity of the insulating material to prevent leakage and short circuits.
- High-Voltage Withstand Test (AC/DC): Subjecting the cable to voltages significantly higher than its rating to ensure the insulation can handle electrical surges.
- Partial Discharge Test (for MV/HV Cables): Utilizing advanced sensors to detect internal micro-voids, ensuring long-term operational stability for high-voltage networks.
We simulate real-world stress to ensure structural integrity:
- Tensile Strength & Elongation: Testing the durability of the sheath and insulation before and after accelerated aging.
- Hot Set Test: Crucial for XLPE cables to verify cross-linking density and heat resistance.
- Bending & Abrasion Resistance: Confirming the cable remains functional under mechanical strain or repetitive movement.
For specialized projects, we conduct rigorous safety compliance tests:
- Flame Retardancy & Fire Resistance: Testing the cable’s ability to prevent the spread of fire or maintain circuit integrity during a blaze.
- Smoke Density & Halogen Acid Gas Emission: Ensuring minimal toxic emissions for cables used in public spaces (LSZH).
Every shipment is accompanied by a Full Factory Test Report and a Certificate of Compliance, providing our clients with total transparency and peace of mind.
