Applications

The cable is intended for power lighting and control systems of shipboard and offshore buildings such as oil platforms. It is also suitable for metallurgical industry, chemical works, power plants, and corporate mining operations.

  • Conductor: Tinned copper, round stranded according to IEC 60228
  • Insulation: XLPE according to IEC 60092-360
  • Identification: Above 5 cores with white number code / 1-5 cores with color code
  • Filler: As required
  • Wrapping tape: Standard construction
  • Inner bedding: Thermosetting SHF1/SHF2 LSZH compound
  • Armour: Galvanized steel wires braiding with better flexibility & strength
  • Outer sheath: Thermosetting SHF1 LSZH/SHF2 compound, black, according to IEC 60092-360, mud resistance, flame retardant. Splash resistant to oil, skydrol, petrol, acid, sea water. Resists ozone and UV.
