Product Description

ACSR bare conductor engineered for high tensile strength and corrosion resistance in 95mm class overhead transmission. Manufactured to GB/T3954-2001, with reference to ASTM B233:1997 and DIN EN 17152:1997, for reliable performance across demanding geographical conditions.

Material Composition

Note: When the mechanical and electrical functions of the product are qualified, the chemical element composition may not be the total checking criteria.

Element Si Fe Cu V+Ti+Mn+Cr Other Al
Percentage % ≤0.11 0.25 0.01 0.02 0.03 ≥99.61
Surface Quality
  • Neat and well-distributed in dimension across the aluminum rod surface.
  • Aluminum rod surface should be clean and free from flaws, wrinkles, wrong round, crackle, mess kink, and other defects affecting usage.
  • Slight mechanical rub speck, pit, losing leather, or fing border are permitted within acceptable limits.
Conductor Types & Applications
ACSR Conductor

Steel core aluminum stranded wire with simple structure, easy installation, easy maintenance, and low line cost. Offers large transmission capacity and is conducive to laying under special geographical conditions such as crossing rivers and valleys. Widely used in overhead transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels.

AAAC Aluminum Conductor

AAAC aluminum alloy conductor provides 1% higher efficiency than steel core aluminum stranded wire of the same cross-section, without power loss. Widely used in overhead power distribution and transmission lines, especially near ocean coastlines. The AAAC-400 wire has a pull-to-weight ratio of 11.67km, generally suitable for large-span lines of approximately 1000m.
