Multicore Power Cable Features:
- Conductors: Copper or aluminum
- Both armored and non-armored type power cables available
- Voltage Rating: 0.6/1kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 26/35kV, 1200kV
- PVC or XLPE Insulated
- Standards: IEC, BS, ASTM, NFC, AS, GOST etc. or custom specifications
- Max long-time operating temperature: PVC insulated cable 70°C, XLPE 90°C
- Installing temperature should not be less than 0°C
- Max short-circuit temperature: PVC not exceed 160°C, XLPE 250°C (Not more than 5 seconds)
- Permitting bending radius cable: Not less than 10*D (D: external diameter of cable)
Technical Performance
- PVC insulated cable conductor maximum temperature rating of 70°C. During short circuit (duration ≤5 seconds), conductor temperature does not exceed 160°C.
- XLPE insulated cable conductor maximum rated temperature is 90°C. During short circuit (duration ≤5 seconds), conductor temperature does not exceed 250°C.
- When installing PVC insulated or jacketed cable, ambient temperature should not be below 0°C.
- Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkali, grease and organic solvents, and flame retardant.
