Product Description
XLPE Insulated Power Cables are designed for transmitting and distributing electrical energy. These cables are extensively used in urban underground power grids, power station outgoing lines, industrial and mining enterprise internal power supply, and underwater transmission lines across rivers. YJV cables serve as backbone cables in power transmission systems, typically installed in urban underground passages or buried underground.
Installation Precautions
- The minimum bending radius when laying the cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
- YJV/YJLV cables are suitable for indoor installation, in channels and pipes, and can be buried in loose soil where they cannot bear external forces
- YJV22/YJLV22 cables are designed for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces, but cannot承受 large tensile forces
- Special tools should be used for cable laying, such as pay-off racks, guide rollers, etc., to prevent mechanical damage during installation and keep away from heat sources
- When laying cables through pipes, the inner diameter of the pipe should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. Do not挤压 the cable when passing through the pipe. The total area of the cable should not exceed 40% of the total area of the pipe
