AAAC aluminum alloy conductor is 1% higher than the steel core aluminum stranded wire of the same cross-section, without power loss. It is widely used in overhead power distribution and transmission lines, close to the ocean coastline. The AAAC-400 wire has a pull-to-weight ratio of 11.67km, which can generally be used on a large-span line of about 1000m.
