YJV cables serve as backbone cables in power transmission networks, typically installed in urban underground passages or buried directly underground. Their robust construction ensures reliable performance in critical infrastructure applications.
- The minimum bending radius when laying the cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
- YJV/YJLV cables are suitable for indoor installation, in channels and pipes, and can be buried in loose soil where they cannot bear external forces.
- YJV22/YJLV22 cables are designed for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces, but cannot承受 large tensile forces.
- Special tools should be used for cable laying, such as pay-off racks and guide rollers, to prevent mechanical damage during installation and keep away from heat sources.
- When laying cables through pipes, the inner diameter of the pipe should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. Avoid挤压 the cable when passing through the pipe. The total area of the cable should not exceed 40% of the total area of the pipe.
