Product Description

S1ZA5Z1-R Control Cable is a halogen-free, XLPE-insulated, HFFR-sheathed house wiring cable with circular, stranded copper conductors. The cable features 2 pairs of screened control cores in the middle configuration. A stranded drain wire of tinned copper is positioned under and in contact with the aluminium tape surrounding the control cores.

Designed according to IEC 60502 standards, the conductors feature resistance and wire count (19 pieces) compliant with IEC 60228 class 2. Core identification follows HD 308 color coding, with control cores numbered 1-4. The sheath includes comprehensive marking: type/manufacturer/year+month/metre marking.

This control cable meets CPR class Dca s2 d2 a2 fire classification requirements, emits no corrosive gases, and features low smoke production during fire conditions. The conductor insulation provides protection against UV light exposure that may occur in light fixtures and signage applications.
